4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access, feedback, brand assets, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project. Delays in receiving these inputs may affect delivery dates.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source files, fonts, stock assets, third-party materials, and pre-existing studio materials will be determined by the project agreement. Unless expressly transferred in writing, Gairy Studio retains rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, concepts not selected by the client, and reusable know-how.
6. Portfolio and promotion
Unless a client agreement or confidentiality obligation says otherwise, Gairy Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, and professional social channels. Confidential or unreleased work will not be published where the client has requested confidentiality.

Some projects may use third-party fonts, software, stock media, plugins, hosting, or other services. Those materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
8. Availability and warranties
